HOW TO JOIN
The admissions process explained
To guarantee maximum impact, excellent group dynamics, and uncompromising individual support at the highest level, each cohort is strictly limited to 10-12 individuals over 12-month cycle.
Our admissions process is time-efficient and focused on you as a whole person: beyond your professional background, we consider your core values and how you design your life.

Step 1: The Executive Dossier (duration: approx. 20-40 minutes)
We do not ask for a traditional cover letter. Instead, along with your current CV, we kindly ask you to answer a few questions regarding your motivation and current life situation.

Step 2: The Admissions Interview (duration: approx. 45 minutes)
If your dossier stands out, Claudia Burger will invite you to a personal and confidential Admissions Interview. In this video call, we will jointly evaluate if we are a good match.

Step 3: The Advisory Board Feedback
The final selection of the cohort is made by our Advisory Board once all Admissions Interviews for the current application cycle are completed. Following the board's deliberations, you will receive a confidential , written notification regarding your admission within a few days, along with all the details for your onboarding.
